What if the 5GHz / 2.4GHz does not work?

• Ensure that the Wi-Fi function is turned on and that the wireless signal can be found.

• Double-check that the wireless router is set up correctly according to the installation instructions.

• Double-check that the wireless name and password you choose are correct while connecting wirelessly (Include uppercase and lowercase letters).

• Make sure your terminal isn't too far away from the router and that you're using an acceptable location to ensure a strong signal.

• If the previous methods fail to solve the problem, reset and reconfigure the router, or contact after-sales assistance.
